Elevator Pitches - A Concise Overview

This link is from the same Chris O'Leary as the previous link. It's not bad advice for our purposes, but one must understand that the purposes and audiences are a bit different.

Another Elevator Speech Link

This link has some good answers to Frequently Asked Questions that can certainly help in the formulation of elevator speeches:

Presbyterian Blogs

Although I am a passionate consumer of blogs, I'm relatively new at authoring them. Several months ago I came across the Presbyterian Bloggers site. You have to love a site with this subtitle:

"A community for those whose blogging is decent and in order."

The site has an enormous list of links or members of its ring. I haven't had a chance to review them. Let me know if there are some good ones that I should subscribe to.

Thanks.

Elevator Speeches, update

I'm not sure why, but the suffix was left off of the link in the previous post. It should read as:

Elevator Speeches

Over the next few weeks, the Membership and Outreach Ministry of PCOP will be working on encouraging our congregation to craft elevator speeches. The idea for these elevators speeches is to provide ourselves with a structure or format on which we can share the good news of our church. As I find them, I'll provide some links.

Today's find:
